Customer Protection Plan
We have taken great care in building a loyal
customer following since 1998. That sort of thing doesn't
"just happen." Our Customer Protection Plan is provided for
your complete peace of mind. Please ask any questions BEFORE
YOU ORDER.

1. Warranty:
All product sold on this site is guaranteed to
be 'Brand New, Factory Boxed and if not covered by the
Factory warranty, You WILL receive a parallel Store
warranty for UP TO ONE FULL YEAR.
Within the first 7 calendar days of your
receipt of your equipment we will repair or replace {at
manufacturers discretion} and return your unit at no cost
to you, other than the cost of shipping the unit back to
us. Return Authorization is obtained via our web form and
issued via email only.

Returns on unopened products are
accepted with a minimum 15% restocking fee
(shipping and handling fees are
non-refundable).

Custom and Universal Subwoofer Enclosures
and Custom Kick panels-Returns on unopened
products are accepted with a 35% restocking fee
(shipping and handling fees are
non-refundable).

All Subwoofer Boxes "Store Loaded" with
subwoofers are FINAL SALES - No cancellation of
orders or returns possible under any
circumstances.

An unopened item may be
returned for a period of 14 days from
delivery. Our quality control seal(s) must
not be broken.

non-refundable and are not included in
exchange or refund credit.

3. Shipping - Please READ CAREFULLY

Most orders are processed and shipped

- Other orders are sent direct
to our store for
re-shipping
- Custom Loading of boxes with
subwoofers require additional handling time
for
shipment/installation/reshipping
- Our shippers use UPS, FED Ex, USPS and have
the option of using any secure shipping
method
- Order Tracking is generally not available when your
order ships direct from the manufacturer or
distributor.
- We suggest you DO NOT order expedited
shipping on any custom orders. These
boxes can take up to 21 days for delivery in some
circumstances.# Expedited shipping will only effect
items in transit time between our store location and
you. Manufacturers may not honor this request and
we will not refund shipping expenses.
- Canadian Orders: We attempt to send all
Canadian orders via USPS for customer convenience but
this requires additional shipping/handling
time.
4. Orders - Please READ CAREFULLY
- Orders are generally processed within 24
hours of submission but can take up to 48 hours under
some circumstances.#
- Custom box orders cannot be
cancelled under normal circumstances. So
measure first and be sure of your choice.
- If an item is out of production or not
available for any reason, we will contact
you.
- Electronic accessories, adapters, interface
orders: We reserve the right to ship alternative
brand items to those published. Major manufacturers
produce their line under alternative brand
names
- Print out your invoice page and record your
invoice/order number. This is necessary to track your
order and for all future
correspondence.
#While we make every effort
to process and transmit your order to the manufacturer as
quickly as possible, you must realize that we have no control
over the specific manufacturer's in-house shipping
system. In the real world most retailers order custom
products and then re-ship to the customer. Due to our
long relationships with major manufacturers, we have many who
ship direct to the customer for us. This is a definite
convenience and makes delivery faster then most
retailers. But being realistic, No One stocks the variety
of custom boxes we offer. If you cannot wait for an
order, please do not order.
5. Payment

6. Security
- Your personal information and email address
will not be shared with anyone. See our Privacy
Statement.
- Adult Signature will be required for
delivery and we ONLY ship to credit card or PayPal 'Billing
or Confirmed' address on account. -NO

To provide full protection to our
customers we enforce the following for all "High
Value" Sales:
- After submission of an order, the
credit card or PayPal account owner will be
contacted by our support personnel for
completion of a security questionnaire. This is processed by
a 3rd party credit security company and will
verify identity of caller. ONLY the owner of
the account will be able to complete the this
step.
- Your current "IP" address will be recorded
at checkout for security reasons
- All Customer Service questions and order
status inquiries are handled via our special web
based contact form or email only. Our phones are for
sales only.

- Order enquiries must be submitted by
person who ordered. We will not communicate any
delivery information via phone due to this
security requirement.
Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for typographical
errors. If you find one, TELL US! We don't like them
either.
- We are not responsible for manufacturers
published specifications. Again, if you find an
error, tell us, and we’ll correct
it
- We make no assertions as to the suitability
of any manufacturers product for any specific
purpose, nor are we liable for consequences of
performance, intended or otherwise, of any
manufacturers product.
- We reserve the right to ship an updated
version of any product order. Many times a
manufacturer will upgrade/change a product without
any prior notice.

- We will not alter customs report which
accompanies every order for export - do not request

- We will accept PayPal verified Canadian
accounts and ONLY ship to the CONFIRMED address on
the account
- We usually ship via Insured USPS, but
reserve the option of Canadian standard
UPS.
Unfortunately, shipping to Canada takes
additional time. Do not request faster delivery service, it is not
available.

>With this payment method we will ship to any address
you select. Product still must ship via UPS Canadian standard
